Entry Flow at the Door

1. Present CCJBC team page or screenshot

2. Present photo ID

3. Verification completed

4. Credentials issued (if applicable)

Purpose

To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process by verifying each coach’s team affiliation through the

official CCJBC website.

​

All coaches must present BOTH of the following at entry:

​

• Valid photo ID AND CCJBC.org team page showing the coach’s name listed

• Bookmark your team page ​

• Screenshot your CCJBC team page

What Will Not Be Accepted

•  Verbal confirmation

•  Text messages or emails

•  Non-CCJBC documents

Coach Responsibility

• Coaches are responsible for ensuring their name is listed on their CCJBC team page prior to entry and having verification ready upon arrival.

​

Preparing verification in advance helps reduce delays.
