PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Highly competitive, structured community, school basketball which originated in Cobb County, Georgia:

Began in 1977-78 with 8th grade girls and boys only
​

Expanded in 1978-79 to include 7th grade boys
​
-
Expanded again in 1986-87 to include 7th grade girls
​
-
In 2001-2002 6th grade boys and girls were added
​

CCJBC contained 45 certified programs at the end of the 2017-2018 season
​

Adheres to fundamental GHSA Rules
​

Uses GHSA certified high school, Junior College and Low to Mid-major collegiate officials
​

Current CCJBC Board Members comprise over 93 years of dedicated experience and combined service
